1. 客人收到产品后请立即开箱检查。如发现问题,请拍照留存后12小时内(以顺丰官网系统上签收时间及本司收到反馈的时间为准)与我们联系。

1. After receiving the delivery, please open the box immediately and check the fruit quality. If you find major defects, please take photos and contact us within 12 hours from the time of receipt according to the SF official system.

2. 车厘子(樱桃)3%不常规现象是正常范围,属于正常损耗不在理赔范围。

2. If 3% of cherries are not in perfect conditions, it is within the normal range due to the usual spoilage, which is not liable for claims.

3. 3%以上的请拍照给我们申请理赔,申请理赔需要提供照片、收件人姓名、发货日期、顺丰单号等,并描述理赔详情。

3. Please take photos if over 3% of cherries have major defects. To apply for a claim, you need to provide the photo, the name of the recipient, the date of delivery, the number of the SF shipping document and the details of the claim.

4. 照片务必体现:1张有运单号的照片(能分辨出运单号,不可太模糊/无法分辨);1张物品腐烂/损耗近照;多张体现车厘子整体照片,需开盒并全部体现在照片里(如外包装损坏、需另提供1张外包装损坏照片,可重点体现损坏部位);1张把所有坏果平铺和运单放一起的照片。公司会根据照片清晰、车厘子损坏、损耗比例进行理赔。不能提供以上照片将无法提供赔偿!

4. The photos are the following: 1) a clear photo of the shipping document number; 2) 1 photo of major defects; 3) multiple photos of the entire opened box of cherries (if the outer packaging is damaged, another photo of the damaged outer packaging); 4) 1 photo of all the bad fruits rolled out with the shipping document.

The company will investigate claims based on the photos taken, checking the number of damaged cherries and spoilage ratio. No compensation will be made if the above photos are not produced.

Please Note:

1. 请在签收时当面开箱检查质量,无异常正常签收。如遇任何质量问题,请暂时照常签收并拍照为证。12小时内与我们联系(以顺丰官网系统上签收时间及本司收到反馈的时间为准),无论什么情况,请不要拒收!!!如超过12小时再提出赔付请求,我们将无法满足您的要求。

1. Please open the box and check the fruit quality at the time of receipt. If you have quality issues to report, please sign and accept the delivery, and take photos immediately. Contact us within 12 hours of receipt according to the SF official system. No matter whether there is a quality issue or not, please do not reject the delivery!!! If you make a claim beyond 12 hours, we may not accept your requests.

2. 您购物后到产品签收前保持手机、电话畅通,如果因无人接听,关机停机等无法联系或留错收件人信息,导致延误造成的车厘子损耗,我们概不负责!送礼的客人请您务必提前告知收件人,因收件人不知道是谁送的包裹而拒收的情况,不予理赔。

2. After placing the order and before receiving the delivery, keep your mobile phone accessible. If you miss the phone call, switch off, or leave the wrong recipient information, we will not be responsible for the spoilage of cherries due to the postposed delivery! If you buy cherries as a gift, please inform the recipients in advance of the upcoming delivery. If the recipients have no idea of who sends the package and refuse to accept the delivery, no claims will be granted.

3. 新西兰车厘子有时因为生长过快,糖份使细胞变脆形成裂开的现象,俗称“干疤”或者“爆裂”。这样的车厘子比较甜,完全不影响食用。不在理赔范围内!

3. New Zealand cherry sometimes grows too fast and then splits because the sugar makes cells brittle. It is commonly known as "dry scar" or "split." Such cherries are sweeter and can be consumed as usual. No claims will be granted for these cherries!

4. 我们一直使用保温材料的泡沫箱以及保温袋,但是无法确保严寒城市(从1月1日开始如东北三省、新疆、西藏、内蒙古、青海等)遇到的寒冷冻伤的问题,请代理提前和客户告知,因为恶劣天气等不可抗拒因素导致的理赔,我司不予受理!

4. We have always been using foam boxes and insulation bags, but we cannot ensure they are free from frostbites in severe cold cities, such as the three northeast provinces, Xinjiang, Tibet, Inner Mongolia and Qinghai. Please note that our company will not accept claims due to force majeure such as inclement weather!

5. 不可抗拒因素包括:遭遇恶劣气候、冰雪封路、法定假日、顺丰快递造成的延误等。

5. The force majeure includes inclement weather, road closure due to snow and ice, statutory holidays, delays caused by SF Express and etc.

6. 车厘子最佳储存温度是1℃,如果因储存温度过高或过低而导致损坏,则不予理赔。

6. The optimal storage temperature for cherries is 1 ℃. If the cherries are spoiled because the storage temperature is too high or too low, the claims will not be granted.
