Sweetness（甜度）: Brix level must have a minimum average of 18+ degrees.
Hardness（硬度）:   58+ durometer pressure average fruit firmness, no more than 10 cherries below 280g/mm or 58+.

Tolerance up 10% level for cosmetic defects （minor defects）.
Cuts Cracks: Shallow, dry,healed ＜5mm in length
Small superficial indentations, which cannot be seen at arm‘s length, are acceptable.
No Major Defects.
